As all U.S. investment markets will close at 1:00 pm ET on Thursday, July 3 and remain closed Friday, July 4, Vanguard Charitable will also close early on Thursday, July 3 and remain closed Friday, July 4. All transaction requests approved for trading by 11:00 am ET on July 3, will post per normal operating procedures.
All pending transactions and transaction requests submitted while Vanguard Charitable is closed will be kept on file and processed on the next available trade date. We will resume normal business hours on Monday, July 7, 2025.
